At Indodenims.com, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our denim products. This Refund and Claim Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund, exchange, or make a claim for damaged or defective products.
You may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the product meets the eligibility criteria below.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must meet the following conditions:
Customized or personalized products, including altered or modified jeans, are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
Items purchased during sales or with discount codes may not be eligible for refunds but can be exchanged if they meet the product condition requirements.
Due to hygiene reasons, intimate apparel (if applicable) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
To request a refund or exchange, please follow these steps:
You will be responsible for the cost of delivered & return shipping unless the product was delivered in a defective or damaged condition, or if the wrong item was sent. In such cases, we will cover the shipping costs.
Once your refund or exchange is approved, you will be provided with the appropriate return address to ship the product back to us.
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria outlined in section 1.2. If the product fails to meet these criteria, the return may be rejected, and the item will be sent back to you.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days after the approval of your return for the refund to appear on your account.
In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be granted (e.g., for returned items that are not in their original condition or are missing parts not due to our error).
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you are eligible for a refund, exchange, or replacement at no additional cost. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product by contacting support@indodenims.com.
When filing a claim for damaged or defective items, please provide the following:
